
Who am I?
Hi, I’m Cristina — a qualified Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapist with a background in psychology, mindfulness, and over a decade of experience supporting people through high-pressure, emotionally complex situations.

Alongside Senin Therapies, I work as senior cabin crew in international aviation, where I have gained deep insight into anxiety, phobias, conflict, and emotional regulation — especially in the context of travel. That experience, combined with my MSc in Psychological Sciences from Brunel University and CBT-Hypnotherapy training in London, shaped the evidence-based, compassionate approach I now offer to every client.
